For the past few years, I've had the pleasure of working closely with Sales teams. I've fallen in love with collaborating with sales enablement, sales managers, sales leaders, and revenue operations practitioners. It's been such a rewarding experience learning about their wins and challenges, especially in the past 18-24 months. They are often unsung heroes in their organizations managing rapid change with limited resources and pressure to increase revenue. They are creative, strategic, and in my experience are motivated by helping their teams succeed and that to me is incredibly inspiring.
